Let me begin with the lip color that I wore that day: L’Oreal Color Riche Balm in Bold Blush. These “balm” lippies are the bomb! First of all, it really is a balm of some sort — it’s infused with Jojoba and Shea butter to soften your pout. If you look at the actual product itself, you’ll see that by the texture it’s neither completely a lipstick nor completely a chapstick.
The color is in 420 Bold Blush — it’s a rich, vibrant Barbie pink that’s perfect for pairing with a fierce cat eye, or even with some mascara. ($8).
The next item on our drugstore pink product list is the e.l.f. Studio Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset. At work, a new stand display was just put up featuring all e.l.f. products. All of the girls are going crazy over it! However, I picked this beauty up at CVS for $10. It features six gorgeous and well-pigmented shades: a whitish/pink, a tickled carnation pink, a rosey gold (my favorite) a warm golden tan, a smooth pink/purple, and a soft magenta. These colors together make the perfect “sunset” look, but my absolute favorites in this palette and the reason why I picked it up is because of all of the reflective pinks that I could wear for everyday. ($10)
The last but not least product on this list is this new polish from the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure line, in the color Raisin the Bar. As I was browsing though the polishes on display, this particular color captured my eye. It’s sort of a metallic rose that has this slight silvery mauve sheen to it. It’s such a natural yet stunning color, and it’s a unique hue that I don’t see everyday, so I had to pick it up. ($8.99)
I actually had on a clear gel mani under this, as I painted my nails right then and there at the park for this picture! (Hey, I was waiting for my boyfriend to come out of work, I had nothing to do don’t judge). So the bottom of each nail looks a bit off, but hey the color’s gorgeous!
And that’s all for my little rave! Three products that I definitely recommend for the drugstore lover, and the pink lover! Talk you guys again soon and thanks for reading!
